"*" means necessary documents that you must provide in your application.
If you want to book our translation service, please pay and book it at least 2 weeks before the application deadline for submission of all documents;
If you want to book our guardian service, you need to pay and book it 2 months before the application deadline, just in case your application fails because of failed to submit application documents on time.

*1. Passport photo

Personal color photos (full face without hat), head account for 2/3 of photo size; no uniform or white coat; glasses required normally worn; white background, frame-less; clear portrait, rich gradation, and natural expression, without obvious distortion.

*2. Passport photocopy

A clear copy of your valid passport with name, photo, birth date, place of birth, date of issue, and date of expiry clearly visible.
Visa page is required for applicants who are currently living outside their country of residence.

3. Applicants under 16 years old are required to provide a Guardian’s Commitment Letter.

*4. Certificate/diploma of highest education

Certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization. Both original and official English translated version are required.

*5. Academic transcript of highest education

Academic Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization. Both original and official English translated version are required.

*6. Physical Examination Form

Upload a valid "Foreigners' Physical Examination Record" (the standard form can be downloaded through the application system) issued within 6 months, which must include a detailed blood test report. Thedocument must be signed by a doctor, stamped with the hospital's official seal, and have the applicant's photo affixed (with a cross-seal). Incomplete information or non-compliance with requirements will be deemed invalid.

7. A Self-introduction Video

-Please speak in English or Chinese.
-The video should be at least 2 minutes long, in MP4 format, and less than 7 MB.
-Include a brief self-introduction, your study plan after enrollment, reasons for applying to this program and university in China, and your plans after graduation.
-You may also highlight your language ability, interests, confidence, and motivation.

*8. Certificate of No Criminal Record

A certificate issued within 6 months by the local police station or relevant authoritative institution in the applicant's country of residence. Non-Chinese or English versions must be accompanied by an official translation (in Chinese or English), which must be stamped with the translation agency's official seal or notarized.

*9. Financial Guarantee Letter

An official guarantee letter or bank deposit certificate issued by a bank, clearly showing that the applicant has sufficient financial capacity to cover personal expenses, transportation and other costs during the program(the recommended amount is not less than 5,000 US dollars or equivalent currency).The validity period of the guarantee letter must cover the entire program duration, and it must include the bank's official seal and the signature of the handling staff.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
